Monitoring - Der er udsendt en rettelse, der reducerer timeout-perioden fra 100 sekunder til 5 sekunder, for at forbedre oplevelsen, mens det eksterne problem bliver løst. Kundedata skal stadig indtastes manuelt i Carbuddii-appen, indtil det danske CPR-register fungerer igen.

A fix has been released to reduce the time out from 100 seconds to 5 seconds to improve the experience while the external issue is resolved. Customer data still needs to be added manually in the Carbuddii app until the Danish SSN Registry works again.

Identified - Det danske CPR-register fungerer i øjeblikket ikke som forventet og oplever problemer. Dette påvirker Carbuddii-appen, hvor brugere ikke kan komme videre fra visningen med kundeoplysninger, før CPR-opslaget får timeout efter 100 sekunder. Da problemet ligger uden for Carbuddiis systemer, kan vi ikke rette selve fejlen, men vi arbejder på en løsning, der kan afbøde konsekvenserne af timeouten og forbedre kundeoplevelsen.

The Danish SSN registry is currently not working as expected and experiencing issues. This affects the Carbuddii app, where users are unable to proceed from the Customer Info view until the SSN lookup times out after 100 seconds. While we cannot fix this issue as it is outside of Carbuddii's systems, we are working on a fix to mitigate the timeout and improve customer experience.
